Ann has closed on over 30 million in sales across her decade+ long career as
real estate professional and helped facilitate the leasing out of hundreds of
apartment homes.
Her passion for real estate started when purchasing her first investment
property at age of 22. She started off with renovating investment properties
and, with help of fiancé, converting multifamily homes into single-family
residences.
Ann started managing apartment homes in 2010 with Premier Real Estate
LLC and obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2012. Her home
sales career began with her working as an independent contractor and new
agent with a small, family-owned brokerage based out of Appleton as their
Sheboygan Area agent. Shortly after she joined Pleasant View Realty where
she quickly became one of the agency’s top producers as broker associate.
Ann enjoyed her years working and gaining experience with Pleasant View,
but really desired the flexibility to put her own ideas and marketing plans to
work. In 2019 Ann decided to team up with her (twin) sister Erin Mauer who
was a very successful agent herself at the time at Village Realty out of
Kohler, WI; and they branched out on their own to start Realty 360, Inc.
